Characteristics
- Baijiguan Yancha was well known in the Ming Dynasty and famous in the Qing Dynasty
- Baijiguan is one of the five famous shrubs in China
- Wuyi Yancha(Rock Tea) is grown in mineral-rich soil under the towering cliffs and rocky gullies of Wuyi Mountains.
- It has intensely rich and distinctive rock tea aroma, as it is enriched by perennial mist, organic spring water and also with the high mineral content of the soil
- This tea is mildly fermented and roasted. You could appreciate the colour of its tender leaves when enjoying the brew.
