Refund/Replacement of Damaged Goods
- Customer is advised to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. We have the right to reject any complaints after the delivery day.
- Please do not accept the delivery if there is an issue and contact our Customer Service Department via hotline immediately.
- Cancellation/Refund is not accepted after delivery.
Liability for Loss, Damage or Delay
In respect of missing, damaged and/or delayed deliveries, enquiries shall only be accepted within 1 month from which the package was shipped.
